Our Story
Hi Kacy was born from a frustrating reality: product teams were making decisions based on assumptions rather than real user insights. Traditional user research was too slow, too expensive, and too limited in scale for most companies.
Our founder, Michael, was a product manager who spent months trying to validate a new feature concept. By the time he gathered feedback from just 50 users through traditional methods, his competitor had already launched a similar feature. He realized there had to be a better way.
That's when the idea for Hi Kacy was born: an AI interviewer that could conduct hundreds of natural, empathetic user interviews simultaneously, providing rich insights in days rather than months.
